The contribution to teaching will be primarily at a diploma and undergraduate level while also engaging in independent scholarship and professional activities appropriate to the profession or discipline.As the course coordinator, you will be involved in curriculum delivery, administrative duties, student progression as well as liaison with CDU TAFE Teaching and Learning, Faculty of Health and key stakeholders related to the delivery of the Diploma in Nursing course. 
About YouTo be successful, you will require:Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse.Master's degree qualification in Nursing or in a related field.Completion of TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or its successorDemonstrated record of Higher Education teaching, curriculum development, and assessment experience.Preparation and delivery of VET and undergraduate and/or graduate entry education programs with delivery and development of VET Diploma of Nursing curriculumDemonstrated understanding of the principles in working in Higher Education, enabling and equity programs, providing supportive education to people from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds and varying age groups.Ability and willingness to contribute to unit/program resource and development within the context and requirements of a quality education provider.Excellent qualified teamwork and communication skills, including oral, written, information communication technology (ICT) and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and use flexible/online computer-based learning materials to suit the needs of a diverse student body.Experience in working in a dual-sector teaching environment.Knowledge and experience using the LearnLine online learning systems and/or experience in developing learning and teaching curriculum and content.Sound knowledge of ethical requirements, relevant policies and procedures and contemporary human resource practices and principles, including workplace health and safety, employment equity and anti-discrimination.PhD or Professional Doctorate in a related field.

RemunerationAppointment to this role will be at VET Academic Level B. The base salary will be in the range of $112,710 - $133,262 per annum. 
The total remuneration package will be in the range of $131,870 - $155,916 per annum, including 17% superannuation. 
The University has an approved 3.3% salary increase from October 2025
