THE OPPORTUNITY
We're hiring for a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded, modern dental practice in Bendigo.
This practice is known for its exceptional patient experience and for delivering ethical, consultative, comprehensive and high-value dentistry, including All-on-X, orthodontics, oral surgery, restorative, cosmetic and general dentistry.
A senior Dentist is reducing their clinical hours, creating an opportunity for an experienced, independent clinician to take over an established patient base and continue delivering outstanding care to the community.
The practice is positioned on a major road intersection with excellent visibility and consistent patient flow - high exposure, strong brand recognition, and steady inbound demand.
Operating two chairs with advanced technology, the practice attracts around 18 new patients per week via word-of-mouth alone, underpinned by strong patient trust and organic demand, prior to any marketing.

ABOUT YOU
* AHPRA-registered Dentist with ideally 4+ years' of Australian experience
* Skilled in general dentistry; exposure or interest in implants, clear aligners or cosmetic dentistry highly regarded
* Independent and confident clinician who doesn't need handholding
* Ethical, patient-first mindset - you care deeply about doing what's right for patients and also providing top-notch, high-quality, comprehensive and full-mouth dentistry
* Excellent communication and chairside manner
* Team-oriented, reliable and values-driven
* Australian work authorisation is required
