The position:
In this position, you will provide a client focused reception service to the Ross Street Community Health Centre and efficient administrative services to the Oral Health department. Key tasks of this role will include responding to telephone enquiries, appointment scheduling, data entry, maintenance of records and conducting financial transactions. This role requires the provision of outstanding customer service that is professional, responsive and compassionate at all times.

Key criteria required:
5. Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration/reception role
6. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform administration duties including document formation, file management and data entry into electronic systems with high attention to detail.
7. Well-developed keyboard and computer skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
8. A strong quality customer service focus with proven excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
9. Highly developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
