Your new role
The Service Advisors at CMI Toyota West Terrace's service department are one of the first faces customers see when visiting us, and our team takes great pride in the exceptional experience they provide. You'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for our customers, ensuring their vehicles are in top shape and their experience is seamless, working closely with our service department to deliver outstanding results every day. Whether you're currently in a customer service role with a passion for the automotive industry, or are currently in a mechanical role and looking to take a step back from the tools, this is the role for you!
What you'll be doing
* Providing exceptional front‐line customer service in person and over the phone
* Coordinating service bookings and managing customer expectations
* Liaising with technicians and service teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing
* Keeping customers informed and supported throughout their service journey
About you
Your success in this role will be supported by:
* Demonstrated experience in mechanical or customer service positions
* Experience in the automotive industry (or a strong interest in it)
* Confident communication style with a professional, customer‐first approach
* An ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment working as part of a team
* A sense of tech‐savviness with an ability to quickly learn new systems
* Possession of a current driver's licence (essential)
