We are seeking expressions of interest from current staff for the position of Expression of Interest - Higher Duties
This role is responsible for leading a high-functioning support team, coordinating day-to-day operations of the residence, and delivering high-quality, person-centred support for participants.
Key responsibilities include:
* Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and supervise support workers; foster a positive, values-led team culture; manage rosters, training, and performance in collaboration with the People & Culture team.
* House Operations: Coordinate appointments, transport, property standards, WHS compliance, and equipment registers to ensure the home runs smoothly and safely.
* Client Support: Provide direct participant support, implement Behaviour Support Plans, and promote community access, daily living skills, and family connection.
* Quality & Communication: Maintain high standards in documentation and reporting, lead regular team meetings, and act as a communication bridge between support staff, families, and management.
