Experience in SAP ISU device installation, removal, replacement, lifecycle management, meter reading orders, schedule management device-related billing integration, Device categories, registers, installation structures, Meter Reading and Scheduling processes
§ Monitor and ensure timely execution of meter reading cycles and device-related processes.
§ Experience in configuration for changes in device categories, registers, installation structures, and events.
§ Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects and collaborate with ABAP teams for fixes.
§ Work closely with Billing, FICA an d external metering systems teams.
§ Maintain process documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge base for recurring issues.
