* Understand clients' transportation needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
* Drive new business within the Bowen Basin Region from Moranbah to Mackay.
* Collaborate closely with operations to create better whole solutions for current and future customers.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve profitable outcomes.
* Work with internal teams to coordinate and optimize logistics.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive developments, and market dynamics.
* Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
