Responsibilities include:Working in diverse settings such as homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centresUsing assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS fundingBuilding meaningful relationships with participants and their support networksDeveloping and implementing Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies within a positive behaviour support frameworkConducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challengesParticipating in weekly team meetings at the Hub to share impact stories and foster team spiritReceiving support from your Team Leader and Therapy MentorWho We Are Looking ForOur team values collaboration and shared principles.
