About the Role
This part-time position offers flexibility while giving you the opportunity to coordinate and maintain all aspects of Human Resources management, cultural diversity, and inclusivity across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and offers.
* Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
* Process payroll on a bi-weekly cycle, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
* Support performance management processes and provide guidance to managers.
* Collaborate with management and employees to resolve HR and employee relations matters.
* Assist in developing and delivering training programs and professional development initiatives.
* Coordinate and support apprenticeship programs and work with training providers.
* Stay up to date with employment laws, awards, and industrial relations requirements.
* Assist with Return-to-Work claims and liaise with relevant authorities and insurers.
* Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
* Support engagement activities, diversity and inclusion programs, and company-wide events.
* Provide workforce reporting and HR data analysis as required.
