Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Adelaide SA, 5000 Full Time, Contracted Role up to 2 years About the role As the Digital Solutions Lead for SA Dental, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery, optimisation and ongoing improvement of digital systems and services. You will oversee the planning, delivery and evaluation of complex programs and projects that support the operational performance and technical needs of SA Dental. Working closely with Digital Health SA (DHSA) and other IT service providers, you will act as the key interface between SA Dental and technical staff and vendors, ensuring the effective delivery, maintenance and enhancement of critical systems such as the Titanium electronic client record application. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of new and existing digital solutions, providing expert advice on technical issues, service delivery and strategic planning. You will undertake complex analysis, manage technical dependencies, and provide expert guidance in response to critical IT issues. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring SA Dental’s IT environment remains secure, efficient and aligned to organisational needs, ultimately supporting the delivery of high-quality dental care across South Australia. About You You are an experienced and proactive digital solutions leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to drive complex ICT service delivery within a customer-focused environment. Your high-level communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills enable you to navigate complex challenges, lead projects and deliver tailored solutions that support operational and strategic goals. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing priorities, quality standards and service delivery in a complex ICT environment. Strong problem-solving skills with experience in analysing client needs and delivering tailored, technically sound solutions. High-level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult, negotiate and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels. Extensive experience in ICT service delivery, solution implementation, change management, and stakeholder engagement, underpinned by comprehensive knowledge of ITIL, government ICT policies, and project management methodologies.
