* Providing expert technical advice on complex medical assessment issues and developing solutions to ensure timely resolutions.
* Building expertise and capability amongst the Medical Assessors to deliver high-quality dispute resolution outcomes.
* Managing complex and sensitive issues as they arise with Medical Assessors and developing solutions to ensure timely resolutions.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to develop procedure development and adapt to changing needs.
