As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running seamlessly. You'll support day-to-day building management, coordinate preventative maintenance programs, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance and reporting standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee residential building management and act as the escalation point for building managers on operational matters
* Liaise with Strata Managers, Body Corporate committees and attend meetings
* Coordinate preventative maintenance programs across major building infrastructure contracts
* Conduct routine site inspections and audits to maintain high standards
* Manage on-site cleaning and maintenance teams
* Ensure compliance documentation, licences, certificates, and document control procedures are in place
* Provide operational support and advice across teams with clear, consistent communication
* Track action items, follow up across departments, and prepare reporting for executive leadership
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience in an operational or administrative management role
* Experience with residential strata buildings and commercial property
* Confident problem-solver with strong initiative and common sense
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to work cross-functionally
* Proficient with MS Office
* Professional, patient and positive communicator who achieves results respectfully
