On offer to the right candidate is the opportunity to join a company in a dynamic Sales / Product manager position where you can sell both on reputation and quality. Daily.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Manage and grow existing client accounts
* Conduct site visits and make technical recommendations
* Prepare and present technical quotes and the consumable supply
* Work closely with the production and engineering teams to deliver top-quality installation results
* Meet and exceed achievable sales targets
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate most or all the following selection criteria:
* Proven experience in capital equipment sales
* You are technically strong across a range food automation equipment
* Sound knowledge of consumable films used in the packaging industry
* You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
* You are self-motivated, proactive and possess strong attention to detail
* You are creative and innovative
* You can build genuine, long-term client relationships
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a solid remuneration package including car / car allowance, superannuation and a commission scheme built on budget achievement.
