Role Summary
Lead and grow our Infrastructure Technology recruitment function in Queensland. You will run a high-performing IT desk across government and not for profit clients, develop new business, mentor consultants, and act as 2IC for the State Manager when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end to end recruitment across temporary, fixed term and future permanent opportunities within QLD Government and not for profit clients
* Build, maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients while driving new business opportunities across the QLD market
* Leverage established talent pools and panel access to deliver fast, high quality outcomes and grow PSP's brand in the QLD Government space
* Lead client meetings, briefings and presentations, providing market insight and strategic advice
* Prepare proposals, contribute to tender responses and support panel engagements
* Coach and support consultants, contributing to the growth and development of the IT team
* Act as State Manager delegate when required to ensure smooth day to day operations
What you will bring
* Three to five years in a 180 client focused or 360 recruitment role with strong experience recruiting IT roles
* Government recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
* Ambition to step into leadership with the professionalism to set the standard for others
* Commercial mindset with strength in outbound business development and relationship management
* Strategic thinker who can problem solve, advise clients and create tailored solutions
* Drive to become a recognised market leader in QLD Government recruitment
