Job Description
We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator Trainee to join our team. As a Trainee Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement daily programs that cater to the individual needs of each child
* Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs
* Support the ongoing development and improvement of services
Qualifications and Skills
* A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to undertake study towards this qualification
* Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate positively with colleagues, children and their families
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Able to plan and deliver engaging educational programs
* Passion for early childhood education and commitment to lifelong learning
