Job Summary
As a professional in electrical services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our data centers and commercial facilities. This position involves commissioning, maintaining, and servicing UPS systems, as well as providing exceptional customer service to meet client needs within time, expense, and profitability constraints.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service and meeting their expectations.
* Develop and maintain technical knowledge of data centers, telecom, commercial & industrial UPS systems or similar, to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
* Ensure all work is carried out in a safe, efficient, and professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
Requirements
* Electrical Trade Certificate (Trade Qualified)
* Relevant State-based Electrical Licence - QLD
* Commercial acumen
* Technical knowledge of data centers, telecom, commercial & industrial UPS systems or similar
