Project Management plays a crucial role in executing and delivering SAP solutions projects. As a successful candidate, you will contribute to our business strategy, ensuring objectives and goals are met. You will present with a wealth of experience in delivering IT projects in an SME environment.
Key Responsibilities
* We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of single and multi-disciplinary SAP projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
* You will be responsible for preparing and monitoring installation schedules, resulting in on-time delivery to our customers.
* Manage and direct project consultants to meet customer expectations and deliverables.
* Develop and implement effective document control systems, ensuring seamless project handovers, administration, and customer support.
* Facilitate regular internal project progress reporting.
* Liaise with BPOs to negotiate contractual requirements.
* Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Contribute to improving project delivery processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of five years' experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering complex IT projects.
* SAP experience is mandatory.
* Proven ability to manage large projects, perform project planning, tracking, and oversight.
* Experience working with productivity tools and methodologies to increase project efficiency.
* Knowledge of techniques and approaches related to project phases, including architecture, development, integration, and deployment.
* Excellent communication, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to interact with stakeholders.
* Strong human relations and leadership skills to train, guide, motivate, and mentor project personnel.
Prior experience in IT project management in an SME environment is highly desirable.
