Overview
SchemeWise is a professional service and rehabilitation business based in Queanbeyan, NSW. We are expanding our services and looking for new team members. All our people work from home or an office location, travelling to our customers or providing telehealth appointments as required. Travel time is paid per scheme criteria. Regular supervision is a necessary part of working with us. Personal accountability toward completing work on time to meet requirements and quality outcomes is a must‑have attribute.
Job Description
The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who has preferably 5+ years overall work experience and an interest in neurological, injury, or aging conditions (they may also work with other conditions) and re‑abling communication. You will manage a caseload of customers across aged, disability, and community settings. Work time can include standard and outside business hours to accommodate daily/family responsibilities.
You must be experienced in dysphagia assessment and mealtime management or safety planning. You should also have experience writing Aged Care, rehabilitation/injury, and/or NDIS reports, with previous neurological injury experience favourably considered.
Responsibilities
* Conduct neurological, injury, or aging assessments requested externally by third parties.
* Provide patient and family education and support for dysphagia management and safety planning.
* Prepare and submit comprehensive rehabilitative reports, including Aged Care, injury, and NDIS documentation.
* Participate fully in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute positively to business activity and services excellence.
* Attend the office for regular supervision, training, and team events as required.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of post‑graduation work experience (continuous or broken).
* Full membership with SPA.
* Relevant work clearances: NDIS, WWVP, and/or police check.
* Reliable car with full insurance and an unencumbered driver's licence.
* Smartphone (Android 10+ or iOS 14+) and reliable broadband connection (minimum 12 Mbps).
* Australian citizenship (we cannot offer visa support).
Work Schedule
You will work from home, traveling to customers as required. A set number of agreed hours per week in standard business times are for customer‑facing activities; non‑direct tasks such as report writing may be completed at other times, provided deadlines are met.
Work hours may include outside business hours to accommodate personal or family commitments.
Compensation
Salary offered: up to $ per hour (incl. superannuation) depending on background and experience.

Additional Information
