As a Lead Business Analyst, you'll perform and lead business analysis tasks for the Consumer Finance Transformation Delivery team.Responsibilities Define and lead the associated scope in alignment with project objectives, desired business outcomes, and capabilities being delivered for large projects; demonstrate an understanding of the agreed value outcomes.Manage stakeholder resistance or conflict to build effective working relationships that support successful outcomes; offer guidance and direction to team members.Identify, select, and manage resources within a consolidated model that considers required capabilities, hybrid roles, spans of control, and levels of experience for large and complex projects or programs; provide support and leadership to others.Ensure accuracy and consistency of requirements throughout large-scale projects independently.
Demonstrate the ability to structure and package requirements within complex workstreams, achieving consensus and formal approval without external direction.Deliver clear and impactful messages by tailoring the medium, audience, and content to suit the context; provide mentorship and guidance to others in communication best practices.What you'll need Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst working in large-scale complex environments.The ability to lead and influence the team whilst delivering on time and on target with competing priorities.Extensive experience in business process improvement, data and systems analysis, and business case development.Experience in Consumer finance with specific Credit Card or Personal Loans - essential.Strong understanding of both strategic and operational aspects of technology and business systems.Familiarity with project management principles and practices, particularly within the financial services sector.Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.Experience with leading workshops.Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments where responsibilities and priorities may vary.How to apply To get started, simply click on the APPLY or APPLY NOW button.
