To support ongoing business growth, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our market-leading Construction Risk Management team in Sydney.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior advisors on the development and implementation of risk management and insurance programs for prominent contracting and construction businesses. You will help build long-term relationships with key client decision makers through exceptional customer service, meetings, and regular communication.
We count on you to:
* Work with senior advisors to understand clients' business, risk management, and insurance needs, with a focus on construction industry practices.
* Assist with implementing renewal and broking strategies according to instructions from senior leadership, including negotiations with insurers.
* Analyze claims data, produce reports, and support claims management and negotiations.
* Ensure timely and accurate production of invoices, quotations, policy documentation, endorsements, and reports.
* Maintain up-to-date client records.
* Address client queries and participate in training sessions.
You need to have:
* At least 2 years of experience in broking, underwriting, or legal environments, preferably related to construction.
* Relevant broking qualifications (compliance) and related studies are preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of broking principles, client reports, proposals, and renewals.
