* Policy Compliance: Maintain HR policies, procedures, and supplier contracts in line with current legislation and company philosophy.
* Benefits Management: Analyze and assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of benefits programs in collaboration with benefits brokers.
* Projects & Initiatives: Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives that improve the workplace culture.
