* Strong understanding of pumps, fluid systems, or mechanical/industrial equipment.
* Background in agriculture, mining, water treatment, or industrial services is advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ability to read technical drawings/specs and work with project teams.
