We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of Registered Nurses into the Australian healthcare system.
Key responsibilities include writing and posting job ads tailored to client needs, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting both local and international nursing talent, advising candidates on AHPRA registration and ANMAC assessments, coordinating with migration agents regarding visa sponsorships, developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring full compliance with recruitment, migration, and registration processes.
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in nursing or healthcare, proven experience placing Registered Nurses in Australian healthcare settings, strong knowledge of AHPRA, ANMAC, and visa sponsorship processes, confidence in business development and client management, excellent communication and organisation skills, and previous experience working with aged care and hospital clients.
