Job DescriptionThe Batch Yard Apartments (LCOR) is seeking an Assistant Community Manager with 1-3 years of experience in residential community management. The ideal candidate will have experience with rent collection, bookkeeping, processing move-ins/outs, managing aged receivables, Yardi software, and renewals.Responsibilities include all community operations activities. In the absence of the Community Manager, the Assistant will oversee daily operations, including:Managing monthly bookkeeping and accountingConducting move-in and move-out inspectionsProcessing security deposit refundsCollecting delinquent rentInputting accounts receivable dataManaging resident ledgersDepositing rent paymentsMonthly closing, billing, and rent schedulingAssisting with revenue management and pricing strategiesSupporting marketing efforts and online reputation managementPerforming duties of the Bookkeeper and Leasing Staff as neededCandidates should meet these requirements:1-3 years of community management experienceLeadership skillsProficiency in Yardi software and revenue managementSome college preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsAvailability to work weekends (with two days off during the week)We offer a competitive salary of $36/hr, comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and a friendly environment.LCOR is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
