Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and develop the Operational Risk Management Framework in line with relevant industry standards.
* Continuously refine methodologies for RCSA, incident management, issue tracking, control testing, and third-party risk assessment.
* Provide thorough reviews and challenges across RCSAs, control design, risk profiles, and thematic issues.
* Strengthen incident reporting, root cause analysis, remediation, and lessons learned processes.
