About The Job
There is an exciting opportunity with the Esperance Home Care for a Coordinator Quality and Compliance. A Quality and Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring an organisation adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
* Review and update policies and procedures to ensure that all areas of compliance are covered including Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Support at Home and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
* Review and update internal documentation to ensure that it adheres to the Policies and procedures.
* Review and maintain documentation related to the continuous improvement processes.
This is a Permanent Part Time, working minimum 30 hours per week.
About You
In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have:
* A diploma or tertiary qualification in a relevant field
* Highly developed computer skills with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs, including outlook, Excel and Word, and the ability to use other programs with training.
* Highly developed written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate information coherently and concisely to audiences with a range of backgrounds and cultures.
* Experience and knowledge within the Aged Care sector.
Benefits
Salary Range: $66,081.00 - $74,668.00 (Dependant on Applicant)
Permanent Staff Are Entitled To
* 5 weeks annual leave per year
