Your role will be vital in connecting the Operations workforce, the leadership team, and our Head Office in Brisbane, emphasising effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive plant process checks and maintenance inspections.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage process consumables and develop strategies to enhance plant operations and optimisation.
* Provide specialised technical support focusing on improvement, maintenance, and modification.
* Conduct design checks, address process issues, perform calculations, and improve plant performance.
* Maintain and validate the data integrity of the metallurgical data management system.
* Undertake process modelling and manage or commission small projects as required.
* Compile accurate reports and update As-Built drawings and site procedures.
Who are you?
* Outgoing relationship builder, essential in linking operations with the broader team.
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Metallurgy, or Minerals Processing Engineering.
* Proven engineering experience with expertise in production reporting and data management systems.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
