CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a respected commercial construction contractor delivering high-quality fitout, refurbishment and new build projects across Darwin, NT.
This is a key role overseeing the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to defect liability, while ensuring safety, quality, programme and cost outcomes are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver construction projects safely, on time and within budget.
- Develop construction programmes using MS Project and manage workflow through Procore.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Lead contract letting, procurement and variation management.
- Ensure compliance with all EHSQ standards and safety systems.
- Complete cost reporting, payment claims and contract documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety and sequencing.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor project teams and support ongoing capability development.
- Ensure defects are closed out prior to handover.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years’ construction industry experience.
- 2–5 years in Project Management, preferably within commercial/fitout sectors.
- Proven experience managing projects $5M+.
- Strong understanding of project methodology, cost reporting and risk management.
- Skilled in MS Project, Procore, Jobpac and MS Office.
- Able to interpret drawings and specifications for buildability.
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative working style.
- White Card essential; trade or tertiary qualification preferred.
