As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Boral Asphalt by supporting business development, preparing tenders, and building trusted customer relationships. This is a chance to be part of an industry leader, working on projects that make a lasting impact across Queensland and beyond.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing tenders and quotations, including non-price criteria
- Managing and maintaining a solid project pipeline
- Keeping our estimating database up to date and accurate
- Building and nurturing relationships with key customers across multiple market segments
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver outstanding results
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
- Solid numeracy and literacy capabilities
- Experience in estimating (or a genuine interest in building a career in this area)
- Background in civil and/or pavement construction (desirable but not essential)
- A collaborative approach with the ability to foster strong client and industry partnerships
