Job Title
A seasoned Salesforce professional is sought after to join our team in a pivotal role that requires exceptional technical expertise and strong analytical skills. As an EL1 Senior Salesforce Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and configuring various Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and providing excellent customer support. Additionally, they will possess hands-on experience with version control, branching, and metadata deployments, as well as certification in Salesforce Admin ADM201 or ADM211 & Platform App Builder.
In this challenging role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot API and integration issues, develop meaningful event monitoring and alerting, and perform system administration tasks.
