Job Description

\

As a Managing Consultant, you will lead project teams and collaborate to solve client challenges. You will drive project success, contribute to continuous improvement, and develop and implement strategies that align with client objectives.

\

You will predict and articulate potential risks or risk mitigation requirements, build and maintain strong client relationships, and provide coaching and performance feedback to team members. You will put forward market-relevant insights to senior leaders and clients and manage your utilisation targets while contributing to business development.

\

Key responsibilities include leading and managing project teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely delivery. You will also develop and implement strategies that align with client objectives, predict and articulate potential risks or risk mitigation requirements, and build and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

\
\
* A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in management or technology consulting or service delivery.
\
* Strong track record of leading diverse projects with measurable impact.
\
* Expertise in managing client-facing teams or serving as a recognised technical leader in your field.
\
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
\
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including presentations and facilitation.
\
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
\
* Australian Citizenship is mandatory. Current or reinstatable AGSVA Baseline Security clearance is preferred.
\
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
