Typical responsibilities:
Operate Switchboard, answering all phone calls on a timely basis & directing as required or taking a message
Greeting all persons entering foyer area - offering tea & coffee
Ensuring reception area is presentable
Organising catering for meetings when requested
Clean downstairs kitchen & load/empty dishwashers
Ordering & maintaining grocery stock levels
Ordering & maintaining stationary stock levels
About you:
Previous experience working for an accounting firm or professional services firm is essential
Professionally and polished presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Amazing organisational and time management skills
Self motivated and wiliness to learn
Solid attention to detail
