We are seeking a Casual Chef to join our team. As a Casual Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving culturally diverse, nutritious meals. Your role will involve assembling, preparing, and producing food requirements as directed by the Catering Manager.
You will ensure compliance with our HACCP Food Safety Plan, monitor and enforce food storage standards, and maintain proper handling and rotation of stock using First In, First Out (FIFO) principles.
Additionally, you will contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement, ensuring compliance with our Standards of Business Conduct.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. You should also have knowledge of menu and nutritional standards.
