As an Executive Support Officer, you will be a vital member of the Directorate team, providing executive support services such as managing calendars, correspondence, travel arrangements, and supporting branch governance.
Responsibilities
* Manage the calendar and inboxes for the Executive Director, Senior Officers, and Managers.
* Coordinate correspondence and oversee the flow of communication within the branch.
* Arrange and manage all travel to ensure seamless arrangements.
* Contribute to branch governance and business services support, including finance functions.
* Assist in the delivery of human resource and workplace health and safety initiatives.
