Job Description
This is a pivotal opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Payroll (ECP) implementations to support a transformative project.
The role will involve collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, and Technology teams to capture requirements, configure systems, and guide the end-to-end implementation across EC and ECP, ensuring accurate data management, compliance, and seamless payroll operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Gathering, documenting, and validating business and system requirements for EC and Payroll
* Translating business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories
* Collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT to deliver integrated payroll solutions
* Performing gap analysis, supporting data mapping and migration, and driving UAT planning
* Liaising with configuration teams and vendors to ensure system design aligns with business goals
* Creating documentation, test plans, and knowledge transfer materials for ongoing support
* Contributing to agile delivery cycles or waterfall planning across various project streams
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3–5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst on SuccessFactors EC & Payroll implementations
* At least one full-cycle payroll system implementation
* Strong understanding of payroll processes including tax, deductions, benefits, and compliance
* Hands-on knowledge of SF EC and ECP configuration, data flows, and integrations
* Experience in data migration from legacy payroll platforms
* Ability to create and manage test plans, including UAT
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams
* SuccessFactors EC & ECP certification (desirable)
* Experience with SAP PI/PO or SF APIs for integration (preferred)
