About The Role
This is an opportunity to play a key role within a growing PMO, supporting the PMO Manager and Project Managers to enhance project delivery maturity across the organisation.
As the Project Coordinator, you will provide essential coordination, governance support, documentation management, reporting and stakeholder engagement across a diverse portfolio of projects. Working closely with project managers, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to structured governance cycles, digital portfolio management, and change engagement initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of project governance processes
* Maintaining project documentation in line with PMO standards, templates and version control requirements
* Preparing governance artefacts including project plans, schedules, RAID logs, stage-gate packs and steering committee materials
* Maintaining accurate portfolio and project data within Monday.com, ensuring timely updates ahead of governance cycles
* Coordinating stakeholder workshops, touchpoints and engagement activities
* Preparing meeting agendas, pre-reads, minutes and action logs across PMO and project forums
* Supporting reporting cycles through dashboards, summaries and data extracts
* Assisting with change impact documentation, readiness tracking and engagement activities
* Supporting digital workflow enhancements and adoption of Monday.com across project teams
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, template standardisation and PMO capability uplift
* Maintaining knowledge repositories such as SharePoint or Confluence.
About You
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have the following skills and experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or a related discipline
* Experience supporting or coordinating projects within a structured environment
* Experience preparing project documentation, reports and governance materials
* Confidence using project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello or similar platforms
* A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approach
* Ability to manage competing priorities.
