Project Marketing Coordinator – Join WA's Leading Property Developer
Satterley is more than Australia's leading private property developer — we're pioneers in creating vibrant, sustainable communities across Western Australia, Victoria, and Queensland. With a legacy built on excellence and innovation, we're passionate about shaping neighbourhoods that people are proud to call home.
We're growing our Perth marketing team and looking for a creative, motivated Project Marketing Coordinator who's ready to make a real impact. If you love variety and fast-paced environments, this is your chance to join a dynamic, industry-leading company where your creativity and strategic thinking will be valued and developed.
As our Project Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing Satterley's iconic WA estates to life across digital, social, print, and on-the-ground experiences. You'll help plan and deliver bold, brand-aligned marketing campaigns—from creating engaging content and managing social media strategies, to developing eye-catching sales collateral and coordinating community events that leave a lasting impression.
Your work will directly contribute to building strong customer connections, driving lead generation, and amplifying brand awareness across multiple channels.
If you're ready to grow your marketing career and be part of a collaborative, high-performing team building real communities, this is the role for you.
What you'll do:
Support the delivery of exciting marketing campaigns for multiple residential communities across different stages—from project launch through to delivery.
Analyse marketing data and insights from Google Analytics and CRM to help optimise campaign performance.
Assist with digital marketing initiatives including social media strategy, content creation, eDM campaigns, and event coordination.
Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate marketing assets such as signage, sales collateral, online listings, and website content.
Manage minor marketing projects and provide essential support to the wider Marketing team.
What We're Looking For:
Degree qualified in Marketing or a related discipline, with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Proven skills in content creation, social media and campaign coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign essential).
Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms to support eDM, SMS, and online communications.
Experience or interest in property development or housing industries is highly desirable.
Why Join Satterley?
Competitive salary plus superannuation and an option to purchase an additional week of annual leave.
Flexible hybrid working with one day per week from home.
Wellness perks and benefits through Flare and Employee Assistance Programs.
A high-performing, friendly team that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and ideas.
