* Develop and grow new business and customers
* Manage existing customers' needs through regular monthly orders
* Optimize sales volume growth and profitability
* Regularly visit customers to understand their business needs
* Gain in-depth knowledge of products offered and various applications
* Effectively manage inventory levels to avoid stock aging and stock-out issues
* Follow up on payments and ensure timely updates
* Share market and technical insights with the sales team
* Address customer complaints and product quality issues
Requirements
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front-line sales or technical sales roles
* Demonstrated track record of developing and growing new business
* Self-motivation, persistence, and a proactive attitude
* Proactive approach to serving customers
* Ability to build strong customer relationships and commercial acumen
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Able to travel interstate or overseas once a quarter for one week
* Familiarity with polymer, chemical, or similar industries would be beneficial.
