Support for Veterans
We are seeking experienced professionals to deliver holistic, client-centered care to veterans in need of support.
* Housing Support Specialists will work with clients to develop and implement housing plans, providing ongoing support and connection to local services.
* Care Coordinators will provide trauma-informed care, empowering veterans to overcome life challenges through effective communication skills and personalized support.
The ideal candidates will have a completed undergraduate degree in Human Services or a related field and be able to make a meaningful impact in the veteran community.
