As a nocturnal financial analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, processing associated transactions, and completing front desk duties in accordance with brand standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and reconcile guest accounts daily, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed and balanced.
* Assist with room service operations by answering calls, preparing and delivering trays, maintaining service areas and equipment, and preparing outlets/venues for service.
* E nsure accurate recording of shift receipts, balanced revenue journals, credit card settlements, and necessary reports while maintaining hotel cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements
* Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects positively on the hotel, brand, and company.
* Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities.
* Good communication and writing skills.
* Effective communication with other departments to enhance guests' stays.
* Driver's License and RSA certification.
