Leadership Position in Civil Services
This executive level role provides strategic leadership across all of Council's civil functions, including roads, stormwater, drainage, floodplain management, water and wastewater, resource recovery, infrastructure planning and asset management.
The position reports directly to the General Manager and leads a team of approximately 150 staff.
A strong track record of working collaboratively with communities to achieve shared outcomes is highly valued.

* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field complemented by extensive experience.
* Proven senior leadership experience with success in leading multidisciplinary teams.

The ability to represent Council in various forums displaying high level of professionalism and demonstrating developed interpersonal and oral communication skills is essential.
Demonstrated political acumen and ability to apply legislation, problem solve, and provide informed recommendations in complex work environment.
