About The Role
Your primary role is to create a warm, friendly place for our customers to shop and always exceed their service expectations. We want you to 'wow' every customer and make their visit to Spendless an experience to remember.
The most important people in Spendless Shoes are our Store Sales Team. You are the first point of contact with our most important asset, the customer.
You Will

Your Attributes
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
* Preferred supervisory experience (not essential).
* Cash handling/EFTPOS experience.
* Stock handling, replenishment and merchandising knowledge.
* Understanding of sales budgets & KPI's (ideally).
* Strong customer‑service skills.
* Enjoy fast‑paced challenging work.
* Motivation to be successful.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Confidence and friendliness.
* Passion for fashion footwear.
