Job Title: Case Manager

As a key member of our team, you will provide coordinate case management services to vulnerable people in immigration detention facilities.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Case Manager who can effectively navigate internal and external stakeholder relationships within a complex and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have a professional and friendly manner as well as the ability to ensure satisfaction of all stakeholders including the people in detention.


Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate case management services to vulnerable people in immigration detention facilities.
* Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders.


Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have qualifications to at least diploma or bachelor's degree in Social Work, Case Management, Psychology, Counselling, Social Sciences, Behavioural Science, Community Services or similar human services field. A minimum of 2 years' experience in delivering case management, counselling or similar support for vulnerable adults or families is highly desirable.

You must also be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident in order to obtain the required clearances for this role.
