The Position:
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with a group of industry professionals and help establish a strong visual identity for multiple brands. They will develop a deep knowledge of FMCG in the Delicatessen, Dairy and Meat Cases.
As the Graphic Designer, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering innovative design solutions across packaging, digital, print, and our websites. This role is perfect for a skilled creative professional who thrives on bringing ideas to life while collaborating closely with our, Sales, and Production teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute high-quality design concepts across all brand touchpoints to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience.
* Manage projects from concept through to final production.
* Ensure brand consistency and maintain visual standards across multiple channels.
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agencies to achieve common goals.
* Please stay updated with design trends, technology, and industry best practices.
* Manage GTIN (barcode) generation.
About You
* 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design, ideally in FMCG or a similar industry.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across digital and print media.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Excellent eye for detail, typography, and layout.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Have qualifications or experience in graphic design and relevant disciplines.
* You are organised and methodical with a high level of attention to detail.
* You are confident using a camera for documentary still photography.
* You are highly self-motivated and able to operate without constant supervision.
* Have an interest in growing your knowledge of other marketing disciplines (e.g. social media, digital marketing, etc).
