Your key responsibilities include:
* Transforming our space into a fun destination
* Inspiring high-energy teams of customer service professionals
* Managing front- and back-of-house portfolios like rosters, training, P&L management
Prior experience in people management (1 year+) is essential, along with the ability to work nights and weekends. Holding an RSA/WWCC is also mandatory.
