Key Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive media buying activities across all mediums.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of audience trends and be knowledgeable in investment process and tools.
Responsibilities include:
* Implementing campaign activations according to internal implementation plans.
* Ensuring campaigns are tracked and optimized, with weekly media post analysis.
* Delivering timely and insightful final buys, highlighting buying deliveries, added value, and any issues impacting campaign delivery.
* Assisting Investment Managers and Account Managers in planning, sourcing relevant information, and divisional portfolio management.
* Attending internal briefings and maintaining accurate buying/implementation of campaign objectives and buying strategy.
* Managing booking confirmations within 2 days and loading bookings in BCC correctly within 1 day.
* Assisting Investment Managers with monthly Added Value reports and maintaining buys within set budgets.
* Providing clients with market insights and assisting Investment Directors with reports.
* Conducting tracking reports and assessing how to improve campaigns to deliver on set goals and KPIs.
Required Skills
* Knowledgeable in investment process and tools.
* Strong process management skills and ability to resolve ongoing issues.
* Experienced with Excel techniques and able to maintain time efficiently.
* Passionate about the industry and client business.
