**Description**:
The Disability Empowerment and Support Foundation is seeking a diligent and efficient Personal Assistant to the Chairman.
As the PA to the Chairman, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Managing and maintaining the Chairman's diary, arranging appointments, and organising meetings
- Drafting correspondence on behalf of the Chairman and ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Assisting in the preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes during meetings, and distributing notes accordingly
- Conducting research and compiling reports as required by the Chairman
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Collaborating with other members of the administration team to support various projects and initiatives.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while working closely with senior leadership. The role is initially envisioned as a part time position with the probability of progressing to Full time.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Previous experience in the Disability sector would be advantageous.
