The Opportunity
Join one of Australia's best‐loved bakery brands as a Supply Chain Coordinator, working within a small and dedicated Supply Chain team. This role reports to the Head of Supply Chain and works closely with the Supply Chain Manager and QA Manager to ensure smooth end‐to‐end supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting supply and demand planning and SCM KPI reporting.
* Monitoring and reviewing inventory reports and reporting deviations to the SCM manager.
* Coordinating ingredient and packaging reviews, including pricing, samples, and testing.
* Maintaining stocktake data and ensuring accurate system updates (e.g., Flexibake).
* Managing supplier rebates and documentation.
* Updating internal and external SCM portal pages.
* Coordinate supplier suppliers' business review meetings
* Reporting and coordinating complaints
* Performing designated responsibilities during the absence of the Supply Chain team.
* Contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel advanced (2016 or higher), and Power BI.
* Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
