Job Description:
As a Customer Service Advisor in the Construction industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the building period. This includes on-site support, coordinating with internal staff, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance items.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site support to customers and building supervisors
* Coordinate Authority To Commence Notifications and provide ongoing support
* Support internal staff with on-site construction matters
* Raise and distribute relevant variations upon approval
* Advise customers of official handover dates and times
* Oversee preparation and scanning of handover documents
* Archive client folders and maintain a professional approach
* Arrange connections and disconnections of electricity and gas
* Coordinate new and ongoing maintenance issues
