Job Role:
The Career Accelerator is a pivotal position within the Consumer Division Capability team, responsible for delivering high-impact coaching and facilitation services that drive leadership excellence, foster team cohesion, and accelerate both professional and personal growth.
This role plays a critical part in supporting our leaders, employees, and teams to enhance performance and create a culture of continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and deliver impactful leadership, personal, and professional programs that measurably improve capability and performance
* Provide one-on-one coaching to leaders, focusing on enhancing leadership capabilities and personal effectiveness
* Facilitate team-building sessions and workshops to improve team dynamics, communication, and collaboration
* Utilize face-to-face and virtual delivery mediums to create a quality learning experience
* Implement coaching frameworks and methodologies aligned with the bank's leadership capability framework
* Support analysis and design activities through facilitation of workshops or conducting fieldwork activities in partnership with the Performance Consulting and Capability Solutions teams
* Contribute expertise to needs analysis, solution design, and evaluation activities through a facilitation lens
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience facilitating virtual learning solutions using webinar technology
* Experience facilitating and delivering leadership programs
* Excellence in classroom delivery either in face-to-face or virtual
* Advanced communication and presentation skills
* Coaching experience
* ICF (International Coach Federation) certification at PCC level or equivalent
* Accreditation in psychometric tools (e.g., LSI, DiSC)
* Experience in banking & financial services
